New plant opened at Kumiyama-cho, Kuse-gun, Kyoto
Introduction of world first large-format electron-beam (EB) mask writer

Plant and facilities revamped; manufacture of the industryfs first 800mm photomask started

Independently established from SHASHIN KAGAKU Co., Ltd. into SK-Electronics Co., Ltd.
2002
Consolidated subsidiary Finex Co., Ltd. established in Tainan Science-Based Industrial Park (SIPA)
2003
Listed on First Section of the Japan Securities Dealers Association (current OSE-JASDAQ)
2004
Hshinchu Office opened in Hshinchu City, Taiwan as the business center of Finex Co., Ltd.

A new plant built at the Kumiyama site
Established sales subsidiary gSKE KOREA CO., LTDh in Cheonan City, Korea
