- New plant opened at Kumiyama-cho, Kuse-gun, Kyoto
- Introduction of world first large-format electron-beam (EB) mask writer
- 1995
- Plant and facilities revamped; manufacture of the industry’s first 800mm photomask started
- 2001
- Independently established from SHASHIN KAGAKU Co., Ltd. into SK-Electronics Co., Ltd.
- 2002
- Consolidated subsidiary Finex Co., Ltd. established in Tainan Science-Based Industrial Park (SIPA)
- 2003
- Listed on First Section of the Japan Securities Dealers Association (current OSE-JASDAQ)
- 2004
- Hshinchu Office opened in Hshinchu City, Taiwan as the business center of Finex Co., Ltd.
- 2005
- A new plant built at the Kumiyama site
- Established sales subsidiary “SKE KOREA CO., LTD” in Cheonan City, Korea

- Started construction for the Shiga Plant
