Solution
To manage the
“Small thing”
For all of the application field such as Manufacturing,
Retail, Medical and R&D industries

Use case1Manufacturing site

Do you have any problem of consumable management of parts?
You can record such specific information as production number, expiration date, volume and so on
into RFID.
By parallel use of RFID and management server, checking works and maintenance works can be
efficient.
Adaptation to metal parts ,which has not been suitable for RFID, is also possible.

Example to integrate our RFID with a nozzle used for mounting apparatus of Electronic components
and so on
Individual management of nozzle apply for management of maintenance time and traceability
information management
Use case2Brand protect

Do you have any problem of Measures against counterfeit for your original brand ?
RFID can be applied for Authenticity management of counterfeit and Protection of illegal
distribution.
Small RFID tag can be embedded without reducing original brand design value and being recognized
by the customer.
It is suitable for the product which is difficult for marking and barcode labeling.

If RFID is embedded in the production phase, the tracing of each phase of production & distribution is possible.
Use case3Medical field

Is that medical device appropriately managed ?
RFID can control Medical devices’ number, history of use, and history of cleaning &
sterilization treatment.
For instance, since the such traceability of use history that which surgery device was used for
which patient is possible, you can trace the use history at any necessary time.
Since our tag is made of ceramics, heat resistivity and chemical resistivity are high and the high endurance of auto-clave sterilization process is specified.
Use case4Research field

we are now breaking out the revolution in the biological research of small animal.
By putting RFID tag on the small insects whose research has been difficult so far, the
physiological research and behavior observation become possible.
By putting RFID tag at the edge of slide glass or on the bottom of test tube under the cryogenic
temperature, tracing Biological sample become possible.

Application example of our RFID for “the physiology of ant” research
Although the visual observation was not easy, the semi-automated observation became possible by our
RFID.

Technology/presented by Professor Hiraku Nishimori of National University called Hiroshima
University)

We are also contributing to the research of verification experiment hypotheses related to the
fundamental mechanisms of task allocation and division of labor in social insect (like ant)
colonies.
