Basic Policy on Compliance

In addition to complying with all applicable laws and regulations, we strive to conduct sound and fair business activities by acting in accordance with social norms and corporate ethics, thereby contributing to the interests of society.

Internal Reporting

We have established an Internal Reporting Protection Policy and operate a compliance helpline to prevent and promptly detect misconduct, including violations of laws and regulations and other improper acts, and to maintain public trust.

Policy and Response to Anti-Social Forces

The Group maintains a fundamental policy of having no relationship whatsoever with anti-social forces or groups that threaten the order and safety of civil society. We firmly reject any demands from such forces or groups and will not engage in any transactions with any companies, organizations, or individuals associated with them.

Responses to anti-social forces are overseen by the Administration Division and Human Resources Development Division of the Management Headquarters. We work in cooperation with legal counsel, local police stations with jurisdiction, and relevant organizations to strengthen our internal framework and response capabilities.
