Acquired ISO45001 certification

We acquired certification under ISO45001, which is an international standard of occupational health and safety management systems, in order to reduce the potential hazards of industrial accidents and also improve health and safety levels, including promotion of workers’ health improvement and the formation of comfortable work environments; and we are promoting activities for the above.

In accordance with our management principles, we consider it a corporate social responsibility to secure the occupational health and safety of the people who work at our company, and we will continue to work on enhancement of our occupational health and safety management system.

Our occupational health and safety policies

In order to protect each individual’s health and safety through general business activities, we promote occupational health and safety activities based on the following policies:

1. We prevent workers’ injuries and diseases, and provide safe and healthy workplaces.
2. We recognize our own occupational health and safety risks related to our business activities, eliminate hazard sources, make efforts to reduce risks, and aim at zero industrial accidents.
3. We comply with laws, regulations, agreements, and so on relevant to occupational health and safety.
4. We continually work to improve our occupational health and safety management system.
5. With respect to operation of our occupational health and safety management system, we create a mechanism in which the workers of our company can participate and hold consultations.
6. We familiarize our employees with these policies, and also present them to the public.
