FeRAM
A kind of Semiconductor memory which can store the memory data without any power supply. This is the non-volatile memory which can store the memory data without any power supply by applying the such raw material as ferroelectrics. Furthermore, it is compatible with the similar non-volatility to EEPROM or Flush memory that the memory data will not be disappeared even the case of power cut.
EEPROM
It is a kind of non-volatile memory that can store the data without any power supply and also the such semiconductor memory that can erase or rewrite the data by operating the electricity (voltage).
The memory data can be erased by applying the higher voltage than normal level. The further advanced memory than EEPROM by reinforcing the rewritable performance is called as Flash memory.
