In the field of the individual identification, RF tag (RFID tag, IC tag, Radio tag) is frequently compared with one dimensional code (a bar code) or two dimensional code (QR code) but the strength of bar code or QR code is low cost and the individual identification is possible with low cost and large volume if there is any area to be printed. Furthermore, the bar code system is currently popularized as the social infrastructure with printed bar code on the products and the bar code reader is used at any shop.
However, since bar code or QR code should be read with close distance each by each, it takes long time and labor work to identify the high volume products at the inspection work site. Furthermore, there is such various disadvantages as “”a certain pasting area is necessary”” ,”” if it will be broken or dirty, the reading is difficult””, “”Data volume is limited””, “”Rewriting data is impossible””, and so on.
RF Tag has various advantages such as “” Batch communication is possible for short time even with noncontact distance “” and so on. However, the cost is still too high to replace the one/two dimensional code to it and to make it more popularized. The most important task is to supply the additional value to overcome the cost increase.
